Executive Assistant Manager
-Strong English and Romanian written and oral communication skills.
-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
-Writing, editing and grammatical skills strongly desired.
-Multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to juggle numerous projects at once and prioritize as needed.
-Attention to details, critical thinking, analysis and conflict-resolution skills.
-Strong knowledge of MS Office, IOS and technically savvy.
-Sets up and coordinate and (re)confirms meetings (liaising with internal and external clients to ensure all participants are aware of, available and prepared for the meeting
-Prepare and disseminate necessary documents, drafting meeting agendas if needed
-Process organization s incoming mail and distribute as necessary
-Ensure office is properly supplied by ordering from various vendors.
-Coordinate and oversee monthly staff meetings
-Manage calendar and provide assistance when scheduling appointments.
-Support the CEO and other staff with appointment setting, calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
-Full remote: Work from home
