We are looking for a Support Specialist to assist our models with technical and moral when online.
Support Specialist responsibilities:
-Solve model queries, recommending solutions and guiding through features and functionalities.
-Identify needs and help use specific features
-Analyze and report malfunctions
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with models
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our models’ trust. You should also be familiar with the help desk software.
