Head of Design and Communications
ISEARCC is building a high-level international platform connecting Romania and the EU with India and Southeast Asia. We are looking for a strong, hands-on professional to take full ownership of design, communication, and digital presence. This is not a pure graphic designer role The position is central to how the chamber presents itself to embassies, ministries, and corporate partners The role combines design, content, branding, and digital platform management The chamber operates its digital infrastructure, website, and member interaction through Odoo, and this role requires both practical usage and technical understanding, including coding and customization within Odoo Key Responsibilities Brand and Visual Identity Develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual identity Create templates for presentations, documents, and communication Ensure all materials meet institutional and diplomatic standards Content and Communication Design presentations for embassies, ministries, and partners Prepare one-pagers, teasers, and partnership decks Format newsletters, announcements, and official communication Website and Digital Platform (Odoo) Manage, develop, and optimize the website using Odoo Customize pages, layouts, and modules within Odoo Develop landing pages for events, delegations, and member services Support and implement member areas, forms, and workflows Improve UX, structure, and performance across the platform Technical and Development Responsibilities Work directly within Odoo environment including configuration and customization Apply coding skills for front-end adjustments and platform improvements Understand and manage integrations, forms, and automation flows Coordinate or support more advanced development where needed Events and Delegations Design invitations, agendas, backdrops, and event materials Prepare visual support for international meetings and delegations Create post-event reports and visibility materials Business Development Support Design membership packages and sponsorship materials Support partnership outreach with high-quality visual content Strengthen conversion through professional presentation Social Media and Visibility Manage LinkedIn and relevant channels Create structured content for announcements and partnerships Build international visibility and credibility Multimedia and Content Production Create visual and video content for promotion and institutional use Develop short videos for events and country presentations Research and Reporting Convert trade data and research into visual reports Support preparation of country and sector briefs Internal Support Prepare board materials and internal reports Standardize templates and internal documentation Profile Requirements (Mandatory) Strong experience in graphic design, branding, and digital content Proven experience working with Odoo Coding capability for Odoo customization and front-end adjustments is required Ability to manage website structure, modules, and user flows independently Ability to create high-level presentations for institutional audiences Experience with social media management, especially LinkedIn Understanding of UX and digital platform architecture Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP or CRM systems Experience working in international, institutional, or corporate environments Video and multimedia production skills Personal Profile Structured and detail-oriented Able to work with senior stakeholders Hands-on and execution-focused Comfortable in an international environment Strong ownership and accountability What We Offer A central role in building an international chamber platform Direct exposure to embassies, ministries, and global companies Opportunity to shape the identity and communication of ISEARCC Dynamic, fast-moving, and international environment Please send your CV to:
