We serve operators, network suppliers, device manufacturers, and regulators across the globe. We are currently looking for qualified and motivated candidates for the below urgent open positions. 5 Junior positions 6 Senior positions Prototypes Logistics & Procurement specialist LOCATION: Germany & EU the work could be conducted hybrid remote, agreeing on 3 days week on presence in the plant. Seniority: 3 + 5+ years Main responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods, starting from the Purchase Request emission until the goods receipt. Manage multiple suppliers simultaneously (up to 20 25) Manage payment reminders for unpaid invoices with the support of the main stakeholders (Suppliers, Engineering and Finance) Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all the stakeholders involved and with the assigned suppliers (every week) Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Manage and share delivery plans with external internal assigned suppliers in advance to ensure the delivery of materials in time according to the prototype build plan Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and contractual obligations (PO) Manage the picking of the material from the warehouse and its organisation into kits. Manage shipments of material towards Client plants and to other internal and external entities Report Generation: Produce and provide to the project weekly reports highlighting MRP status, including suppliers delay impacting the production build plan Additional requirements Bachelor s degree in supply chain management or logistics.
