Compania Sparkle up SRL angajeaza personal pentru serviciul de curatenie - apartamente regim hotelier Airbnb Booking. Toate apartamentele sunt situate Ultracentral. Program full time + 2 weekend-uri pe luna salariul este de 3.700 lei. Salariul este platit o singura data pe luna la sfarsit! Oferim salariu fix plus posibilitati de ore suplimentare platite, bonusuri de Paste si Craciun. Mai multe detalii se vor discuta telefonic. RESPONSABILITATI - asigura curatenia completa a apartamentelor dupa plecarea oaspetilor, respectand programul si intervalele orare alocate. - aranjeaza apartamentele conform instructiunilor primite, in functie de numarul si necesitatile oaspetilor. - comunica persoanelor responsabile despre refacerea stocului de produse necesare in apartamente (produse de curatenie): mopuri, detergenti, lavete etc., precum si produse destinate oaspetilor- ceai, cafea, zahar, cafea, sampon, gel de dus etc) - verifica functionarea corecta a aparatelor electrocasnice din apartamente si raporteaza eventualele probleme. - verifica functionalitatea obiectelor de mobilier, a obiectelor sanitare si aparatelor electrocasnice din apartamente dupa plecarea fiecarui oaspete. CERINTE: - Disponibilitatea de a lucra program full time (in intervalul orar 9.00-17.00 sau 10:00-18:00) -Deprinderi : îndemânare, precizie, rigurozitate, seriozitate, deţinerea abilităţilor fizice necesare îndeplinirii atribuţiilor de munca. Alte cerinţe : responsabilitate, disciplină, atentie la detalii, atitudine proactiva, corectitudine, capacitatea de a folosi telefoane de tip smartphone aplicatia WHATSAPP!!

Full-time housekeeping position for Airbnb apartments located in the city center. We welcome applications from foreign candidates only. Foreign applicants must already have a valid work permit and all necessary documents required to legally work in Romania. All apartments are located in the city center. This is a full-time position, including 2 weekends per month. The salary is 3.500 per month after tax, paid once a month at the end of the month. We offer a fixed salary, paid overtime opportunities, and holiday bonuses for Easter and Christmas. Further details will be discussed by phone. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform complete cleaning of the apartments after guests check out, following the assigned schedule and time slots. Prepare and arrange the apartments according to the instructions received, based on the number and needs of the guests. Load and operate the washing machine, wash bed linens and towels, and hang them to dry as required. Inform the responsible personnel when supplies need to be replenished, including cleaning products (mops, detergents, cloths, etc.) and guest amenities (tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, etc.). Check that household appliances in the apartments are functioning properly and report any issues. Inspect furniture, sanitary equipment, and household appliances after each guest's departure and report any damages or malfunctions. REQUIREMENTS Availability to work full-time (between 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM 6:00 PM). Skills: dexterity, precision, attention to detail, reliability, and the physical ability required to perform cleaning duties. Other requirements: responsibility, discipline, attention to detail, proactive attitude, honesty, and the ability to use a smartphone and the WhatsApp application.
