Inbound Customer Support Agent English & Italian (Phone & Chat Chat & Email)- SC OPEN MIND GRUPPO OM SRL

We are looking for English & Italian speaking agents to provide inbound customer support via phone, chat and email. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Requirements

English level C1
Good PC skills
Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, with 1 2 working Saturdays per month, depending on business needs.
Any worked Saturday will be compensated with a day off during the week. Sundays are always off.

Available Shifts

(8 hours day, 5 days week)
09:30 18:30 (1-hour lunch break + 2 short 10-minute breaks)
10: -hour lunch break + 2 short 10-minute breaks)
14: -minute lunch break + 2 short 10-minute breaks)

Training Schedule
10:00 19:00, including 1-hour lunch break.
