Technical Assistant of Pre-Construction

To strengthen our team in Bucharest, we are looking for a Technical Assistant of Pre-Construction to support the renewable energy project development team.

The candidate will report to the Area Manager and must meet the following requirements:

- At least 3 years of professional experience;
- Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering energy;
- Proficiency in main software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- Knowledge in the wind photovoltaic energy sector is preferred but not mandatory;
- Availability to travel nationwide for visits to solar wind project sites, public authorities, municipalities, etc.;
- Category B driving license;
- Advanced knowledge of English or intermediate knowledge of Italian.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support during the pre-construction phase of new power plants;
- Reviewing and assisting in the preparation of documentation required to obtain construction permits;
- Supporting project development activities, in coordination with the development project manager, subcontractors, and in collaboration with external consultants;
- Providing technical assistance in permitting procedures, particularly in preparing documentation and subsequent amendments;
- Assisting in monitoring permits for energy projects (ANRE establishment permit, environmental permit, etc.);
- Contributing to the drafting of project-related contracts.
