Alpinist Utilitar IRATA Rope Access Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alpinist Utilitar IRATA Rope Access Supervisor to join our team. As a Rope Access Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing rope access operations for various projects. It's a long term positon with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of rope access technicians in performing tasks at height, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Plan and organize rope access operations, including equipment selection, rigging, and rescue procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and develop safe work procedures for each project.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of rope access technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspection reports, incident reports, and equipment maintenance logs.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in rope access techniques.
Requirements:

Valid IRATA certification at Level 3.
Proven experience as a Rope Access Supervisor, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
Excellent knowledge of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
Ability to assess risks and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Flexibility to work on various projects and travel as required.
