Previous experience in a similar position in a 5-star or upscale environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a professional appearance.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
