Serve as a direct point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality support. Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external customers. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves.
Your profile:
Proficiency in SAP, backed by previous experience; Ability to quickly adapt to various customer portals; Advanced German and English skills; Organized, precise and analytical individual with attention to detail; Communicative person with a customer-oriented approach. Experience in Automotive Branche preferable
