Specialisti Suport Tehnic. Programul de lucru - in ture de 8 h, dupa cum urmeaza: 22: . Regim de lucru: hybrid; 2 zile remote si 3 zile de la sediul de pe Calea Victorie, sector 1, Bucuresti. Activitatea consta in a oferi suport tehnic pentru clientii juridici ai companiei, aplicand cunostintele de specialitate, pentru a raspunde solicitarilor acestora si a rezolva problemele in timp util. Candidiatul ideal: -studii medii finalizate cu diploma de bacalaureat; -experienta anterioara in call center constituie un avantaj; -cunoştinţe practice de software Office (Word, Excel) la nivel mediu; -cunoştinţe de hardware (componente, periferice) la nivel mediu; -capacitatea de a explica efectiv noţiuni tehnice de IT, IP; -atitudine pozitiva; -bune abilităţi de comunicare si de ascultare; -cunostinte de limba engleza-nivel conversational.
