Shop Operations Specialist BG - full-time employment contract, 100% remote

We offer a full-time employment contract, for a fixed period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension for a person with without experience for the position of Shop Operations Specialist BG.

The ideal candidate:


1. Fluent Bulgarian is mandatory; a strong command of English is required (Romanian is a plus)

2. Very good communication skills, self-organization and the ability to prioritize tasks

3. A strong quality consciousness, clear focus on results and implementation skills

Interest in e-commerce and pet industry would be an advantage


Job description:


This is a fully remote role on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Optimizing the online shop (zooplus.bg) through operational tasks (activating new products, optimizing product escription text, assigning products to the right product groups)

Ensuring the quality of product descriptions and images

Creating products and promotions and performing content updates and other optimizations

Translating various website content elements (marketing texts, product descriptions etc.)

Cooperation with the departments in international locations
