  • We are looking for a purchase ledger clerk to support the Europe Incoming head office team in London. The applicant should be numerate and have strong administration skills and attention to detail and have strong data input skills. Responsibilities will include • Processing weekly Supplier Invoices in a timely manor. • Verify invoices using established contracts • Inputting of a high volume of supplier invoices onto our costing system checking invoices agree to standard costs. • Identify and raising disputes on supplier invoices i.e. contacting supplier or internal staff members • Maintain communication with suppliers at all times • Managing supplier accounts by reconciling statements • Being flexible working with different document formats i.e. excel, word, pdf • Being able to multitask between different systems • Work under pressure in a calmly and patient manner • Prioritising work depending on deadlines The role is based in Timisoara, starting mid January.
