Recrutam pentru clientul nostru, o companie specializata in domeniul telecomunicatiilor, Operator Call Center Regim de lucru hybrid: se lucreaza 2 zile remote si 3 zile de la sediul din Bucuresti. Va rugam sa aveti in vedere ca nu exista posibilitate de full remote sau part-time. Programul de lucru: 8 ore pe zi,in ture, L-V in intervalul 08:00-20:00; Sambata: 09:00-17:00. In momentul in care se lucreaza sambata, se va oferi liber in timpul saptamanii. Candidatul ideal: - Bune abilitati de ascultare; - Bune abilitati de vanzare si negociere; - Bune cunostinte de operare calculator si procesare text (Microsoft Office); - Capacitatea de a se adapta cu usurinta la schimbarile metodelor de lucru si informatii noi; Responsabilitati: - Preluarea solicitarilor venite din partea clientilor - persoane juridice; - Rezolvarea diferitor situatii si oferirea informatilor necesare; - Vanzarea produselor companie; Beneficii: - pachet salarial : 2600lei net+ tichete de masa (15 lei ) - bonus de performanta; - Disponibilitatea de a lucrat si de acasa si de la birou.
