What do you need to be successful? Medium level of English (spoken + written), at least B1 Computer skills (medium level), especially Excel Proven experience in warehouse Experience with procedures (is a plus) Asertivity, stress-resistance Well organized, punctual person with eye for detail What will be your responsibility? Translate or update procedures and work instructions, collect feedback, and track changes over time Ensure all procedures are in place, understood, and followed in the warehouse Assist with the training process (meetings with trainers, discussions, updating materials, following feedback, identifying needs) Trace damaged products in the warehouse, identify causes, and initiate actions to minimize damage. Create transfer documents as needed Investigate and analyze lost boxes Conduct regular audit missions Audit quality standards for each process What do we offer? Monitor errors in all activities Resolve daily picking errors Solve emails received from Customer Care Recorde errors, provide feedback, discuss with operators, demonstrate errors, and explain corrective measures Check picking boxes, parcels from conveyor, pallets for shipment Record errors into files (picking, packing, inventory, receiving, stocking, etc) Provide regular error feedback to the Team Leaders Check interruption notes at the Error Desk (packing) and add errors as necessary Investigate inventory result differences, resolve discrepancies, and update error logs Remove expired products from stock and update records Include errors in our internal system for review What do we offer?
