    We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic and organized person to join our Human Resources team as an Junior HR Specialist. Job accountabilities: Participation in the entire process of recruitment and selection of staff for vacancies that are brought to their notice; Proactivity in finding new recruitment solutions, offers for posting platforms, maintaining relationships with representatives of recruitment service providers; Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed; Registration of the additional acts to the contracts, closing of individual employment contracts and issue of exit documents.; Handle monthly solicitations of salary advances; Preparing monthly reports for financial department (recruitment reports costs, medical subscriptions reports, employee departures reports; Updating internal HR databases, assisting with payroll; Postal correspondence; Collecting, archiving and filing employee documents; Handle of the medical certificates and completing the medical reports. Job requirements: University Degree: preferable in human sciences, economics or legal fields; 2+ years of job experience in a similar position; Strong interpersonal skills; Integrity and approachability; Labor law and general Human Resources processes knowledge; Fluent in English; Very good level of computer skills competencies (word, excel, HR applications).
