Customer service representative
You will be responsible for handling inquiries from US and worldwide English speaking customers through our Internet phone system as well as e-mail.

At all times you must be positive, dedicated, friendly and at service to our customers and your co-workers.
You will professionally answer our customer's questions regarding our products, billing and shipping questions, and complaints.
Coordinate with other members of our team to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
Handle a variety of tasks and functions as they are given to you.

-Fluent, Excellent English; reading comprehension, writing, spelling, speaking.
-Loyal, hardworking, dedicated
-Experience in an office setting or customer service is a plus

• Native or near native language proficiency in English
